OnBuzz Privacy Policy

Last updated: 21 October 2026

OnBuzz lets a person (the owner) buzz the people who help at their home or workplace (the helpers, such as a driver or a maid) with one tap, and lets helpers answer. This policy explains what we collect and why. We do not sell personal information and we do not show ads.

What we collect

How we use it

Who sees it

An owner and the helpers they connect to can see each other’s name and the buzzes between them. We use service providers to run the app (hosting and database, push notifications from Apple and Google, and translation). They process data only to provide those services. We share information if the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep your information while your account is active. When you delete your account, we delete or anonymise your information, except where we must keep something to meet a legal duty.

Your choices

Children

OnBuzz is meant for adults. It is not directed at children under 18.

Security

Data is sent over encrypted connections and stored with access controls. No system is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will update the date above and, for important changes, tell you in the app.
